The exercise of ICC jurisdiction on the territory of Nagorno-Karabakh

Dimension Legal RVS Managing Partner Mr. Davit Hakobyan Ph.D., Member of the Université Paris Nanterre’s Centre for Criminal Law and Criminology presented firm’s legal opinion on the exercise of the jurisdiction of the International Criminal Court (ICC) over Nagorno-Karabakh to members of “Partnership for Open Society Initiative”. Representatives of more than ten organizations took part in the meeting. Davit presented the possibility of the exercise of the ICC jurisdiction in the territories of unrecognised states, analysed ICC decisions on the situation in the state of Palestine.
